My parents worked during clinic hours, so growing up I made the family's appointment calls, and a lot of that time was spent on hold. I've been building AI receptionists since 2024 and launched Voicely in 2025 to solve that problem. With Voicely, patients reach their clinic whether it's peak time or after hours.

I have built Voicely end to end, instead of opting for the simpler route of third-party voice agent platforms, which are used by many other AI receptionist agencies. Doing it the hard way means Voicely handles tasks better, replies faster and is fully customisable, while being extremely affordable.
